EKucher 2016 70wEdward Kucher joined the Community Health Centers of Pinellas in 2017 as the VP of Managed Care / Business Development. Prior to this, Mr. Kucher was with Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) for 20 years, and previous experience includes international trade and finance. Under his leadership TFHC turned losses into positive net income, added five new lines of business, opened eight new service sites, and implemented new electronic health records. He has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, and also serves on the boards of the Gulfcoast North Area Health Education Center and the Hillsborough County Health Care Plan Advisory Board.
