Ms. Holtrey manages the loan administration team that is solely responsible for all servicing of the Florida Community Loan Fund's community and economic development loan programs. Her team's work begins with internal preparation of loan documents, coordination with outside counsel when warranted, administration during construction (including analysis and approval of draw requests), performing site inspections and customer visits. The loan administration team also maintains the loan servicing system providing invoicing, loan history information, reporting functions and social impact tracking. Ms. Holtrey provides overall credit review assistance and support to the entire lending team.

Ms. Holtrey also supports FCLF's New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program, screening and verifying site and project qualifications to establish NMTC pipeline. She represents FCLF's real estate and commercial loan interests during NMTC structure closings, and during project construction and disbursement.

Ms. Holtrey joined FCLF in August 2008, with over 35 years of experience in the finance industry. For 15 of her 30 years at Bank of America (and predecessors), she was a regional loan administrator, and managed a team of six employees and a portfolio of multi-million dollar commercial RE loans. The team also accomplished the divestiture of a portfolio of high risk RE loans. She has an extensive background in all aspects of commercial and commercial real estate loan transactions, from commitment letter review, through the closing process, to post-closing disbursements, payoffs and collections.
