Claire Raley is SVP, Community Development Officer with BankUnited. In this position she is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and providing strategic direction for the Bank’s CRA and community development initiatives in Florida and New York. Prior to BankUnited, Ms. Raley worked in community development with other banks, including Chase and Washington Mutual, as well as government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise includes the Community Reinvestment Act, corporate community affairs, philanthropy and social responsibility, and community and affordable housing development. Ms. Raley holds a B.S. from Florida State University and a Masters of Public Administration from Florida International University. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and various committees with Florida Community Loan Fund, she serves on the board for Neighborhood Lending Partners and the board for Catalyst Miami.
