Annie Neasman, FCLF Board Member

Annie R. Neasman, RN., MS., is the President and CEO of Jessie Trice Community Health System in Miami, Florida. In her current position she directs fifty one comprehensive community health facilities, including 11 primary care facilities, 40 Miami-Dade County Public schools, 1 University Site and a 24-hour Women’s Residential Drug treatment facility.

Ms. Neasman has a distinguished career in public service with a focus on serving the underserved communities of Florida. Her earlier career included Administrator for the Dept. of Nursing in Jackson Memorial Hospital System, Deputy District Administrator for the Florida Dept. of Health serving Dade and Monroe County, and positions in Tallahassee with the Florida Dept. of Health including Deputy Secretary of Health/Chief Public Health Nurse. Ms. Neasman then returned to Miami to utilize her wealth of knowledge, administrative ability, strategic insight and respect from both state and national healthcare leadership to the benefit of Jessie Trice Community Health System as the President and CEO.

Ms. Neasman is a graduate of Florida A&M University School of Nursing and a holds a Masters degree from Florida International University.
