Metropolitan Ministries celebrated the dedication of its newly completed MiraclePlace Pasco and the Scott & Kathy Frank West Pasco Campus, in Holiday, Florida. At a time when 28% of low-income Pasco County renters are cost burdened and spending 40% of their income on gross rent, the campus will serve struggling, at-risk, and homeless families, seniors, and children in the community.

With financing through Florida Community Loan Fund and the New Markets Tax Credit program, Metropolitan Ministries was able to expand its existing campus in Holiday, Florida, with 43,000 square feet of new facility space, including construction of 3 new buildings and expansion of an existing building. The complete campus revitalization has the capacity to shelter 48 families, launch a new early childhood learning facility, and a family support center that offers food and clothing in a dignified and welcoming environment.
FCLF is privileged to partner for the third time with Metropolitan Ministries on high-impact projects.
