Project Peach exteriorThe completion of Project Peach, a nonprofit office and community space with 3 affordable rental homes in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood, was recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting. Consistent with the OMNI Community Redevelopment Agency’s vision plan, the 4-story project was designed to transform how members of the community live and work by merging affordable housing, commercial, and community elements into one efficient use of 10,800 square feet.

With financing from Florida Community Loan Fund and additional funding provided by the OMNI CRA, developer Caprock 123, LLC was able to bring Project Peach to fruition at a time when most low-income workers in Miami-Dade must contend with long commutes between home and work and average Overtown rents are 2-3x more than what the average median income indicates is affordable.

FCLF is a proud financing partner of this impactful project.
