TD Bank has been an important investor and supporter of the Florida Community Loan Fund since 2006, contributing operating support through eight grants from the TD Charitable Foundation and Debt Capital Investments (low interest community development loans) through TD Bank. TD Charitable Foundation provides financial support through its donation application process to nonprofit and municipal organizations providing services in the following priority areas: Affordable Housing, Financial Literacy and Education, and the Environment. The Housing for Everyone program is an annual grant competition with awards totaling $2.5 million to create, rehabilitate and maintain safe, affordable housing.
