Florida Community Loan Fund offers financing for Supportive Housing Projects

Developers of Supportive Housing projects have access to various funding sources available through Florida Housing Finance Corporation. In addition, Florida Community Loan Fund can be a source of financing for supportive housing projects – as well as many other types of community development projects.

Florida Housing Finance Corporation's website, www.floridahousing.org, includes:

• A list of all RFAs (Requests for Application) that are currently available. Each RFA has a separate page outlining due dates, workshops for Q&A, and information on applying.
• A timeline draft of upcoming RFAs over the next year. Put these dates in your calendar now so you'll be ready when the time comes.

Funding available through these Florida Housing RFAs includes developoment of housing in areas such as:

• Elderly
• Homeless
• Persons with disabilities
• Developmentally Disabled
• Farmworkers
