Who we are. Florida Community Loan Fund is a statewide nonprofit community development financial institution headquartered in Orlando. What does that mean? It means we use financial tools and deploy capital to fund affordable housing and community facilities that offer essential social services in Florida’s low-income and underserved communities. FCLF has grown to nearly 20 employees and over $600 million in capital investments since our beginning in 1994. We are a dedicated team doing big things in our communities.
