In appreciation for Florida Community Loan Fund’s partnership with U.S. Bancorp CDC, they offered to make a donation to a nonprofit organization that works to create sustainable impact in the community. FCLF identified Brevard Neighborhood Development Coalition for this donation. We have worked with BNDC to provide financing for affordable housing and a community center, The DOCK, that provides after-school and summer programs.
