Florida Community Loan Fund is a nonprofit lending institution providing capital and expertise to help organizations improve lives and communities throughout the Sunshine State. Established in 1994, FCLF operates statewide from a network of offices in Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Fort Lauderdale. FCLF financing has helped more than 225 organizations succeed in their projects, providing over 1.35 million Floridians annually with housing or social services through 400+ lending transactions to projects totaling over $1.4 billion.

Florida Community Loan Fund (FCLF) seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our CEO and senior executives. This position’s duties include general office management and administrative support for other executives.

We are a dedicated nonprofit team doing big things in our community. We’re seeking an individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills, initiative, time management, and tenacity in getting the job done.
