FCLF is a part of financing provided for the project.
Operation New Hope held a groundbreaking this week on the Dozier Apartments, a complex that will include 14 apartments available for low-income households. The project is in Jacksonville’s Historic Springfield district, an area of focus for the nonprofit Operation New Hope.
Florida Community Loan Fund provided $500,000 in financing to construct the project. Additional financing is provided by the City of Jacksonville and Wells Fargo.
