Florida Community Loan Fund (FCLF) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO and Executive Team, including remote assistance to off-site executives and administrative services for FCLF Board members and other volunteers. The Executive Assistant is responsible for office management duties, including scheduling and preparing for Board, Executive, and other meetings, maintaining files, preparing documents, presentations and spreadsheets as required. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison, communicating with local and statewide FCLF staff. This position will demonstrate judgment and decision making on issues ranging from office supplies and equipment to software and IT troubleshooting, and be a conduit to contracted service technicians and suppliers. Work requires interaction with all levels of staff within the organization, board and committee members, investors, borrowers, government agencies and vendors. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements include:

Education and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience providing support at a high level
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Outlook
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Finance, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication and planning skills; with ability to use sound judgment, analyze problems with attention to detail and accuracy. Must be a team player and adapt well to varying timetables and requirements.
