Sandcastles Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2019 to support and create affordable housing. The organization is focusing on developing housing in Northeast Florida, and this is its second development providing affordable housing in a Florida rural community, with two additional projects in the pipeline.

With financing from Florida Community Loan Fund, Sandcastles Foundation is building Sandcastle Manor, with 22 new single family homes in MacClenny, Florida (Baker County). The homes, which will consist of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, will be affordable to low- and very-low income households.

Additional funding for Sandcastle Manor is provided by the federal HOME Program and other funding sources. This project helps address the need for affordable housing in a Florida non-metro community.
