H.O.M.E.S., Inc. recently completed its first new construction home developed through the BMSC Infill Development Project, in partnership with Broward County and the Moss Construction and Florida Panthers Foundations. A ribbon cutting for the Fort Lauderdale home was held on April 29. The new homeowner is a single mother who was able to purchase the home with assistance from the Broward County First-Time Homebuyer’s program.

Florida Community Loan Fund provided a construction loan to H.O.M.E.S., Inc. for this and other affordable housing.
