Florida Community Loan Fund: Florida’s Financing Source for Developing Affordable Housing.
At Florida Community Loan Fund, we’ve been helping provide low-income communities with affordable housing for 20 years. FCLF’s first loan in 1996 financed 7 affordable homes in Florida’s panhandle. Today, housing remains an important component of our financing. We have financed 3,700 affordable homes, and 1,087 of those are single-family homes, available for purchase by low-income families.
