Our lending provides various types of financing to meet the needs of nonprofit organizations and mission-based for-profit organizations that develop affordable housing, supportive housing, community facilities, and economic development projects. Carelle Bailey started with FCLF in 2011, and supports all aspects of our Finance Department including audit and compliance. She has over 16 years’ experience in accounting, banking and finance and has worked in the areas of travel and investment. Ms. Bailey earned a degree in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University, and an MBA from Everest University.
